Standing Cable Flys
EXECUTION
Grasp the left handle with the left hand if right handed. With the aid of the right hand bring the cable to the centre of the chest. Release the right hand to grasp the right handle and bring the next cable to the centre of the chest. Lower the handles until the elbows are slightly bent. (Commence with the opposite hand if left handed).
Eccentric contraction: Breathe in. Extend the arms to the side slowly and with control (2-4 seconds )
Concentric contraction: Breathe out. When hands come together contract the pectoral muscles.( Repeat parts 2 and 3 until the desired number of repetitions are completed
