Cable Hip Abductors
EXECUTION
Stand supported in an upright Position with enough tension on the cable to create resistance from the beginning of the movement.
Concentric contraction: Breathe out. Raise the leg to the side (straight leg).
Eccentric contraction: Breathe in. Lower or release the leg slowly controlling the movement (2-4 seconds). Repeat until the desired number of repetitions is completed.
